Exterior-only Single Family Residential Appraisal (FNMA 2055UAD)
Also known as a Drive-By appraisal report. This is a Fannie Mae compliant standard Exterior-only appraisal report utilized by banks and mortgage companies in federally-related mortgage transactions. This appraisal includes an exterior-only inspection of the subject property and is submitted on the standard FNMA 2055UAD Form. Fully UAD/XML compatible product.

2-4 Unit Income Property Appraisal (FNMA 1025)
Multi-Family appraisal. This appraisal is for a 2-4 unit residential income property. This requires a full interior and exterior inspection of each unit and is submitted on the FNMA 1025 Form. FNMA Form 216 (Operating Income Statement) is also included.
