I specialize primarily in Residential Appraisals, including Single Family, Acreage Homesites and 2-4 unit Income Properties. I also do Bare Land Appraisals and New/Proposed Construction Property Appraisals. I have been a HUD/FHA approved appraiser for over 25 years.
